Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than our standard).

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
• Custom-made or clearly personalized goods
• Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software, if unsealed after delivery

4. International Customers

For customers outside the European Union, local consumer protection laws may apply. We aim to provide a fair return policy worldwide. Please contact us directly to clarify return procedures and possible customs fees.
